Who is easySellRent?
easySellRent was created out of the frustration of having to go through so many unnecessary and expensive processes when trying to sell or rent out a property. We created this portal to give back the power to homeowners.

Yes, completely legal and increasingly becoming more and more popular in Australia.

How long does it take to sell a property?
There are lots of variables to this answer. Sales can be completed in a matter of weeks or months, depending on suburb, state and price. To get your desired result its best to research your suburb and list accordingly.

Can you write the listing for me?
Yes, we have professional copywriters available, who will work with you to create amazing copy for your property. Just select this service at checkout.

Is it legal and safe to sell yourself?
Selling your own property is completely legal and safe as long as you follow the Australian law.

I live in a regional area, does this matter?
The process is the same for all metro and regional areas in Australia.

I can’t find my suburb or address when I go through the online listing?
If you are unable to find your property address in our online form please email as at support@easysellrent.com.au

I am part way through a listing, can I save it and finish it later?
Yes, to save your listing as a draft, simply click the ‘Save as Draft’ button on the bottom of the page.

How do I arrange a contract of sale?
You will need a qualified solicitor to complete your contract of sale. If you would like us to arrange this, please select this option at checkout.

Is it true Agents can sell my property better than me?
At EasySellRent we use and have access to the same tools and techniques as all the other real estate agents in Australia. We believe there is no one else better to sell a property, then the people who have lived there. If you still don’t feel confident then contact us to speak to one of our property specialist.

What happens if after 6 months I can’t sell my property?
Selling doesn’t always happen instantly. It's good to frequently compare your listing to nearby listings and make changes where necessary. We’ll be sure to keep your listing up as long as you require.

Can I list with EasySellRent and an agent?
Yes, but it’s best that you have made an arrangement with your agent in terms of sales commission.

I don’t want people to see my phone number on the advertisement?
Yes, just select the option through the contact form. Please note you will still require an email for communication.

How do I determine the value of property?
We can arrange for a RP Data CMA Appraisal which will give you all the information needed in determining the value of your property. To access this report please select this option at checkout.

Which photo is displayed as my primary photo?
The first image uploaded will be your primary photo. To change this please follow the instructions in the online form.

How do I upload photos?
Click the browse icon, navigate through your computer and select which image you require and press ‘Upload’.

What is the difference between an Active listing and a Draft listing?
An Active Listing is live and visible to the public. A Draft Listing is not visible until it is made active.

How long is my listing on EasySellRent for?
We guarantee your listing will be advertised until sold or removed.

Why isn’t my listing appearing on the map?
We integrate our listings with Google Maps. If your property is not showing up it maybe because it isn’t available on map.google.au. If this isn’t the case please contact us.

How long before the photographer comes to take photographs?
If you have selected Professional Photography as part of your package, then we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a time to see your property. Once the photos are taken, the photos can take up to 72 hours to be available to you.

How long does it take to get the for sale board up?
It can take up to 48 to 72 hours for boards to be installed in metro areas. Regional boards take longer and generally can be delivered within 3-5 business days. If you have chosen a Photo Signboard then it will require 48 hours from when the images are available.

What additional websites do you list our property?
We currently advertise your property on Australia’s two most popular real estate websites, Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au.

What are the EasySellRent Compliance Documents?
EasySellRent Compliance documents will automatically emailed to you once you have completed the online form. These documents will give us permission to advertise your property on your behalf. You will be advised of any required supporting documents in the email.

Can we add extra features to our listing after we have already paid?
Yes it is possible to purchase extra features once you have already completed your listing. Simply contact support@easysellrent.com.au for a full list of extras. Please note that if you have purchased a standard Signboard and want to upgrade to the Photo Signboard then you will have to pay for reinstallation.

How do I determine how much is a suitable rental amount?
This depends on a lot of different variables. You should look at things such as your property, expenses, market, area and the list goes on. One way to determine a range is to compare your property with other similar properties in your area. If this doesn’t help contact us at support@easysellrent.com.au for some extra advice.

We understand that you might need to retain the information when renting out your property. We’ll keep your information on our database and if you choose to return, you’ll only be charged $XX.
